HINSDALE – It's not how you start, it's how you finish, and Chase Hamilton and Hinsdale Central's boys basketball team finished pretty well.  Trailing 14-5 after a quarter of play, the Red Devils rallied for a 48-45 win over Lyons Township Friday night.  Hamilton sank a pair of free throws late in the second quarter to forge the game's first tie at 18-18, and George Kiernan's 3-pointer just before the buzzer put Central (12-4 overall, 4-1 in the West Suburban Silver) ahead 21-20 at intermission. The Red Devils never trailed again, and led 39-28 at one point in the fourth quarter on a Thomas Ives baseline drive and reverse layup.  LT (10-6, 3-2 WSS), which discovered that it will play the rest of the season without Chris Hester (torn knee ligament) and cut the deficit to 44-43 when Harrison Niego split a pair of free throws with 40.6 seconds left in the game, but Jordan Bradshaw sank two foul shots on two trips to the line, and Hamilton hit one foul shot with 5.3 seconds to go to ice the win.  Hamilton finished with 13 points to lead Central. Ives had 11 and Matt Rafferty tallied nine.  LT's Jim Cullen led all scorers with 17 points and Niego added 16.
